show Abstracthide AbstractThe seeds of 14 varieties of maize were soaked in warm water for 24 h, planted in sand beds, and cultured in light incubators at 25 with a photocycle of 12/12 h. When the two leaves of seedlings were at one stage, the treatment group was subjected to low-temperature stress at 5 in the light incubator, removed after 48h, and restored to growth at 25 for 12h under light for 24h. The control group grew normally in a 25 light incubator. The experiment was repeated 3 times with 50 plants in each replicate. After treatment, the survival rate of seedlings and stress level at seedling stage were investigated, and the average value of 3 replicates was used as the statistical unit.
